Unlock Your Potential

I help business leaders make better decisions when the market, technology, and organization are changing faster than their operating habits.

For more than four decades, I have worked across business strategy, sales, operations, leadership development, consulting, organizational change, and now practical AI adoption.

Today, I serve as President & CEO of the Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce while continuing my work around business strategy, AI adoption, leadership execution, and organizational drift.
